We are looking for two skilled and committed security operators for our security center in Hamar.
Position fraction: 40% plus call-up
2 40% positions plus call-in (primarily weekends and afternoons)
Application deadline: As soon as possible (Applications are processed on a rolling basis)
As a security operator, you are permanently stationed at our premises in Hamar, where we monitor and respond to alarms and take action according to instructions. The security operator’s overall task is to prevent unwanted incidents through our various solutions delivered to customers, report deviations and quickly take action through our electronic systems.
The call center is the heart of Onsite Technologies and processes a lot of information in the form of receiving and responding to inquiries as they come in. The call center operator’s task is to act professionally, service-oriented and remain calm in stressful situations when they arise.
The call center is staffed 24/7, so working hours will vary. This includes day, afternoon, and night on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
